A first for RGA!

RGA has officially competed in its very first Aerobics competition – and it was a State Championships!

A huge thank you to Coach Carmen for introducing Aerobics to RGA and getting this class up and running. The big smiles say it all – our gymnasts are absolutely loving it!

Our girls competed as a Level 2 Multiple in the Beginner Division and were absolutely stoked to come away with a GOLD medal! 🥇 Just look at those smiles!

Congratulations girls on making a little bit of RGA history! We can’t wait to see where Aerobics takes you next!

Recently, RGA’s WAG athletes attended the State Championships, with our gymnasts representing the club proudly across Levels 3–5.

A huge congratulations to all of our gymnasts who competed over the weekend! It was fantastic to see your hard work, determination and commitment on display.

TRP Interclub #3

A few weekends ago some of our Tramp and Tumbling athletes participated in Interclub #3 and everyone did an excellent job and we came home with a number of medals. A quick spot light for Helayna who managed to place in the top 3 on all 4 events that she competed. We also had many athletes compete in new levels and all gave it their best effort. Well done everyone.

Patrick Walden Country Championships 2025 🏆

Over the weekend, RGA sent 37 athletes to the Patrick Walden Country Championships in Adelaide. There were many fantastic results across Levels 1–7, and it was wonderful to see all the hard work our athletes have been putting in at training pay off in competition.

Ten of our Level 1 and 2 gymnasts competed over the weekend, with several experiencing their very first competition in Adelaide. It was fantastic to see the consistency they showed across all four apparatus, along with the confidence and smiles they brought to the competition floor. Most importantly, they had an amazing time and gained valuable experience to build on for the future!

RGA Internal Mock Competition Results

RGA recently hosted an internal Mock Competition for all of our WAG Level 3+ athletes.

Being a country club, it can sometimes be difficult to travel to Adelaide and other locations for competitions. To ensure our gymnasts still gain valuable competition experience, we decided to host our own mock competition. It was a fantastic opportunity for our athletes to perform their routines in a competition environment, build confidence, and receive scores and feedback.

We were incredibly proud of everyone’s efforts and had some fantastic performances and results throughout the day!

RGA sent four athletes to compete in the senior state championships for TRP. They competed level 4 in individual trampoline, synchronised trampoline, double mini trampoline and double mini tramp team events, two athletes also competed in level 4 tumbling. Well done to everyone for a fantastic effort and congratulations to all our award winners and new state champions!
