My son & I just recently participated in the sunset series over the past 5 weeks to raise funds for in honour of Adrian ❤️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

No one will ever understand what this moment carries for you….
How heavy your WHY is.
How many quiet sacrifices you made when no one was watching.
How many times you had to cut a session short or not turn up to a session because you were needed.
No one heard you saying to yourself… I can’t do this.

But here I am turning up for not only me but those who matter !

.basketball 14.2 girls were in the studio tonight for a team bonding session as they had no cross over game !
Well done little ballers you all worked hard in the heat tonight! 💪🏀💪

Today was a perfect morning for a run! 🏃‍♀️

Great having the under 13 Berwick Junior Football Club boys in the studio tonight for another session for their season!

Behind every mum who you see training for something:

She fits training in whenever she can

She carries the mental load of schedules, meals, appointments, all while chasing her goals

She pushes through less than 8 hours sleep

She gets sick when her kids get sick

Just 2 mums setting a goal together 3 months ago & sending it !! 🚀

This HYrOx was my 2nd one but it was something special…. 3 months ago couldn’t even run 1k non stop and today she took on HYrOx with me & what made it even more special was that we had our kids and supportive husbands on the sidelines cheering us all the way.
That made it so special to me!
When I did MELB back in December I missed not having them on the side line with me!
Feeling much better this timee round think iv convinced myself to do solo next 🤪😬

Was an absolute joy to have this young team of enthusiastic & respectful young footballers in the studio tonight!
Stepping off the field and into the gym tonight for their training!
It’s the perfect time of the season for teams to change it up, and get indoors out of the winter weather for a fitness & strength team building session!
