Happy birthday to the amazing Coach Caitlin (or “Fred”)! 🎈Thank you for your huge contributions to the life and culture of Skybound since the very beginning. So many athletes have benefited from your wisdom; your gentle, encouraging, and inspiring leadership; and your technical expertise. You choreograph some seriously amazing routines (even though they are notoriously jam-packed - but we know it’s because you have so much belief in what your athletes can achieve together!). 💪🏼 Have the best day, we love you! 🩵🪽✨

Wishing the happiest of birthdays to our beloved Coach Tehani! 🎈Thank you so much for all that you bring to our gym - your warmth, infectious positivity, good humour, and genuine passion for seeing your athletes achieve their best. Our membership thrive under your leadership and it is no surprise that you are so cherished by so many of them! Have the best day ever. 🩵🪽✨

Congratulations to all nine of the Skybound teams who put on a show at the AASCF State Championship this past weekend! 👏🏼 Some of our teams had their best performance yet, whilst others had a difficult run on the day. In all cases, something was gained from the experience: whether it was newfound self-belief and confidence, or a renewed hunger and motivation to be better next time. Our coaches, too, walked away reinvigorated and empowered with more information to help them refine each routine over this next week’s break, ahead of our return for Term 4. It is a marathon, never a sprint; and each performance (no matter how it goes!) is a stepping stone of growth and development towards our teams’ intended peak at Nationals. 💪🏼
