π£ Calling on our Labrador community! π―
With our inaugural Labrador Junior AFC Trivia Night coming up on Friday, 26 June, weβre reaching out to our families, community and small businesses for support.
We are currently seeking donations for raffle prizes and giveaways on the night. Any funds raised will go directly towards supporting our junior club, including equipment, resources, and our players throughout the season.
π If you are a family or community member who may not be able to attend the Trivia Night but would still like to support the club, we would be incredibly grateful for any donation β big or small β to help us create an amazing prize pool in place of purchasing a ticket.
π€ If you are a local business and would like to contribute, we would sincerely appreciate any products, services, gift vouchers, or promotional items you are able to donate.
All families and businesses who donate will be acknowledged and credited for their generous contribution.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go a long way to make this event a success while supporting our local club and community.
If youβre able to help, please comment below or contact Jayde Featherstone on 0402 683 130.
Thank you in advance for supporting our Club and Community ππ€

π― Youth Round 7 Wrap Up π―
What a weekend for our Youth Tigers, with some outstanding results across the board and, more importantly, some incredible examples of what community football is all about.
β
U15 D1 β 65 to 28
β
U15 D2 β 94 to 28
β
U17 D1 β 82 to 35
β
U17 D2 β 128 to 49
While not every result went our way, there were plenty of positives across all teams as our players continue to develop, improve and represent the Tiger jumper with pride.
A special mention must go to our Labrador players who pulled on different jerseys throughout the weekend to ensure games could go ahead. Whether it was helping an opposition team short on numbers or simply making sure every kid had the opportunity to play, these young Tigers embodied everything community football stands for.
ππ€ The willingness to put the game first, support fellow footballers and ensure matches could proceed showed outstanding character, sportsmanship and respect. As a club, we couldnβt be prouder of the way our players represented Labrador both on and off the field.
Congratulations to all players, coaches, volunteers and families on another fantastic weekend of footy.
And a special shout out to our U15 D2 and U17 D2 sides, who remain undefeated after seven rounds and continue to set a fantastic standard across the competition.
