2016 - The year of Self-Investment!!
The Year My Health & Fitness Journey Started šŖš½
I wasnāt going to get on this bandwagon, but then I realisedā¦this was the year I invested a lot of money in myself and couldnāt be happier. I paid top dollar for a coach who taught me how to create flexibility in my life. We are now 10 years on and I feel better than I did then. I move better, look better, feel better.
I went to Hawaii for the first time, incorporated exercise into my routine because I wanted to.
Ever since then, I havenāt thought twice about the money I spend on myself because I know Iām worth every cent.

How I Lost 1kg in a Weekā¦by Removing ONE Food š¤Æ
I always knew something felt āoffā in my routine, but I never expected Greek yoghurt to be the culprit.
I removed it from my diet for just one weekā¦
ā”ļø My bloating disappeared
ā”ļø My digestion improved
ā”ļø And I dropped 1kg without changing anything else
Turns out, Iām likely lactose intolerantāand my body had been reacting to it the whole time.
Hereās the lesson:
Sometimes fat loss isnāt about eating lessā¦
Itās about removing whatās not working for YOUR body.
We often blame:
⢠Not training enough
⢠Not eating perfectly
⢠Not tracking calories
But sometimes the biggest change comes from identifying a food your body doesnāt tolerateābecause inflammation, bloating, and digestive stress can mask progress.

I was 26 in 2006 and was told something that has stuck with me to this day. I was told I would lose the body I had once I had babies. Well I did lose it and gained an even better, healthier and fitter one that I couldnāt be more proud of.
Prove others wrong, itās extremely satisfying. I didnāt even set out to prove them wrong, I just had a vision and worked hard for it šŖš½
