Angel & I trust you are all well & enjoying the Spring weather. ☀️

STUDIO UPDATE
The studio will remain closed until further notice. 🥰

As many of you know I have had a very challenging year & I have therefore made the decision to put my needs first at this time. Slowing down, resting & being with family is absolutely necessary if I want to continue to be of service & live well. ❤️‍🩹

Hello everyone ❤️

A reminder that the studio is now temporarily closed until the end of September 2026. A re-opening date will be advised asap.
All class passes will be placed on hold & extended for the period that we are closed. 👍

We are eternally grateful for your support over the last 7.5 years.
The last year has been one of the most challenging in our lives & your hugs, chats, laughs, kindness & love has helped us more than we can express.

I’m still landing after one of the most memorable birthday classes EVER!!

Thank you Manali Manali Banerjee for a truly heartfelt, fun, inspiring, motivating class.
It was so special to see so many familiar beautiful faces - from LA, Bali, Brisbane, Gold Coast & our beloved Northern Rivers. Wow!!

I know Sal is smiling & is so proud. His presence was definitely felt in the room. 💫

Hello everyone 🩷

Angel & I trust that you are all doing well.

The time has come for us, the studio and the beautiful land that we caretake to have a REST. 🥰

The studio will temporarily close from 10 August 2026 for approximately 6 weeks. A re-opening date will be advised asap.

When we are faced with challenges in life, it is an opportunity to lean in, learn & it certainly put things into perspective.
What I am learning is that whilst as humans we love to get things done, tick off the to do list, get busy, be of service - we can at times forget about the purpose of being alive which for me is to reflect on what I am learning, LOVE & CONNECT with myself and BE.

And so the time has come to nurture me (and my Angel of course). ☀️

We are so grateful for your ongoing support over the last 7.5 years. Every message, smile, kind word, tear & hug is precious. I know that my beautiful Sal feels this as well.😍

Hello beautiful yogis ❤️

I’m back from 2 weeks vacation in BALI. ☀️
Yes it was FUN - JOYOUS - RELAXING. And it was also SAD- OVERWHELMING - SCARY. 🤍

Mother Bali nourished & held me whilst my tears fell, as I visited some of Sal & my favourite places. Sal was with me all the way - whilst I greeted the gorgeous Balinese people, sipped on a coconut, visited temples, went shopping, received the most wonderful massage & ate our favourite foods (of course hehe). 🙌

Now back to BUSINESS 😎
MONDAY 30/3/26 @ 930am I will lead you through your 90 minute Bikram Yoga class. 🔥
Can’t wait to see & connect with you all. ☀️

When Sal & I decided to build the Billi hot room we really didn’t know what to expect. One thing we did know is that we loved the Yoga and equally as much loved the Community. In Sydney, many of our friends practiced together & we missed that. And so we built the little yellow cocoon. 💛

Today I couldn’t have been prouder. I witnessed 18 wonderful humans (including 7 teachers) smiling, laughing, crying, frowning (yes I saw you) & of course sweating & surrendering to it ALL. 🙌

Thank you for all that you are. For supporting not only US but EACH OTHER. 🫶🏻

I am in awe, so grateful and absolutely HONOURED TO BE OF SERVICE. 🤩
