nto something that would take my mind off the painful migraines... something that I thought would make me feel strong on the inside and out. So, I signed up to a gym. I was very nervous and intimidated but I was very fortunate to have an awesome and understanding personal trainer. She coached and trained me, improved my fitness and worked on my strength. I was very weak to start, but I progressed with every session. It was at that point I began to really love training! So much so, that I would push through the morning mirgrains to get to the gym - because the gym was my happy place! Next for me was an 8 week challenge! This is where I learn’t so much more about myself. My initial goal was to loose body fat but I came out the other end with so much more than expected! I gained a more positive mindset and became kinder to myself. I made some amazing friends and it taught me about my inner strength and that’s where I found my love and passion for fitness! I can now proudly say that I’ve been a part of the fitness industry for 5 amazing years. My expertise includes strength training, high intense interval training, group sessions and Muay Thai kick boxing. My journey began from my bed while in incredible pain...
