Need a mid-week unwind? Yin Yoga tonight with Kathryn at 6pm. If you take a friend for April, it’s only $30 for the two of you! See details in post.

During the month of April, we're inviting you to join us with a friend and try a Yin yoga class. 2 buddies, 1 class, promo price $30.

It's a little hard to stay motivated as it gets colder, so why not have a buddy to keep you motivated and to share your experience with.

In Yin yoga no prior experience is needed. With a number of yoga styles on offer, it's hard to know which one is right for you, especially if you're looking at starting a yoga journey.

Yin is an ideal slow-paced practice for people of all ages and beginners! You'll be guided and supported to ensure your comfort and what's best for your body.

6.00pm every Wednesday evening at Blackheath Fitness Centre.
Please arrive 5 minutes earlier to get settled.

Join us this Wednesday evening 27th March at 6.45pm for a nourishing stretch and relax class focusing on your Root and Sacral Chakras. Here is where we'll ground and connect to Mother Earth through our Root chakra, while releasing any built up emotions or feelings through the Sacral chakra.

Bonus is that you'll also be hydrating and nurturing your kidney and urinary bladder meridians as well!

Join us on the mat tonight for a restorative practice to help relieve stress and fatigue. Mid-week or hump-day can be hard for some. So why not take time out of your busy schedule for some 'You' time tonight.

Allow yourself to 'Breathe', to hit the 'Rest & Digest' button, to feel relaxed going into the rest of your week. Each asana (pose) will be supported with the use of a bolster to assist with allowing your body to let go, to melt down, to nurture, to just Be!

Join us for the next Chakra Workshop - a 3 hour interactive, fun afternoon with like-minded souls!

In this workshop you'll understand what our Chakras are and the importance they play on our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies on a daily basis.

We will delve into each chakra and how everyday challenges affect the flow of energy, plus how you can implement simple techniques to balance and harmonise your chakras to live a happier life.

Your workshop will include group activities along with a beautiful chakra meditation to finish off the afternoon.

I'm so excited to confirm Yin yoga classes will be held every Wednesday evening at Blackheath Fitness Centre starting tomorrow 21 February. Are you looking for a mid-week reset? A space where you can be still while nurturing mind and body? If so, I'll be facilitating Yin yoga classes in a lovely tranquil space within Blackheath Fitness Centre on Wednesday evenings. Introductory offer - 4 weeks $70. Should you wish to join us, please advise your preferred time: 6pm, 6.15pm or 6.45pm. New Yin Yoga class starting next week! Get in touch with Kathryn to book your spot!

I'm very excited to announce Yin Yoga classes starting February in Blackheath. Yin is a gentle nurturing style of yoga where we surrender and delve deeper into our being. In Yin, as we hold poses for a period of time we are targeting our fascia, ligaments and tendons (our connective tissue) improving our flexibility, increasing circulation and energy in our joints throughout our body. You don't need to be a professional yogi to enjoy and reap the benefits of these classes. Honour your self-care and join us on the mat!
