Yes Marilyne is 73! How amazing does she look and how amazing does she move freely with no pain! What is her secret? Moving!!!!!! She sees me twice a week to keep strong. My goal is to grow older without medication and operations. You can do it, just trust in yourself!
We are on tonight at 7 pm for a magic circle class. Guaranteed to see and feel some shaking going on. C All fitness levels are welcome to join us for an hour of exercising and stretching. Just remember movement is the key to life! Keep your body moving, especially if you wake up tired and tight. The weather is beautiful and no excuses needed. See you all tonight 👍🏽

Last week was our first barre online session via zoom and it was a great success.
Let's beat the winter cold by learning barre from the comfort of your home. All you need is a sturdy chair and a mat. All fitness levels are welcome to join.
There are many benefits of doing barre:
1. Improves posture
2. Strengthens glutes
3. Tones stomach muscles
4. Increases flexibility
5. Reduces stress.
6. Better mental focus
7. Increases overall strength.
8. Improves endurance

Before the Christmas festivities takes over, I just wanted to take a moment to check in and wish you a heart felt Merry Christmas and joyous New Years from my family to yours. It has been an incredible year and I am so grateful to have shared it with you.
Whether, you’ve been attending my reformer Pilates sessions, attending our Wednesday night Mat Pilates classes, or even those watching my videos on social media, thank you for being part of this journey with me. Knowing that you are coming to see me and enjoying what we have created together means everything to me.
Each class, each session and each conversation is created with so much care, love and intent to help you on your continuous journey to health and longevity. Knowing this fills me with a gratitude.
This Christmas, I hope your time is filled with the joy, laughter and good food with your loved ones. Thank you for being part of the Pilates Playground . I couldn’t do it without you.
