Big change doesn’t come from “trying harder”.. it comes from getting the details right.
This client came to me with zero deadlift experience. No confidence, no technical base, just a willingness to learn and do it properly from the ground up.

You can physically see the difference in setup, control, and alignment. What used to be a rounded, unstable pull is now a strong, braced, efficient hinge.

This is where the “small details” become massive changes, bar path, hinge position, spinal control. Everything is now working with her body instead of against it.

Real time adjustments, cues, and corrections from her check ins. This is where progress actually gets built, not in the session, but in how she applies feedback outside of it.
