Suss this out 👌🏽

Neil & Geoff catch up with Blue Mountains mum, nurse, athlete & track, road & trail rocket Marnie Ponton. They learn why bodyweight based cross-fit inspired strength training forms a key part of her regime, why the city to surf is her fav race, why she’s no longer a ‘buffer’ and they experience the single most well researched answer to one of our questions ever 😉

🔹Balancing mobility & Stability🔹
-
If you’re someone who finds themselves mobilising but getting tight soon after, try adding the addition of some stability work. Resistance through range is a simple way to achieve this. Try the weighted bar Passover and let us know how you go 🏋🏽‍♂️

Let's do this!

Our grab and go over night protein oats.

Grab a small jar and add 1-2 cups of rolled oats
In a shaker with 200-250ml of almond mills or your preferred milk mix up 1-2 scoops of protein powder (we used choc peanut butter)
Once mixed through and liquid is covering the oats you can add in a table spoon of nut butter, plop that in, lid on and put in the fridge.
In the morning you will be able to get up and grab your breakfast and take it with you.

Food prep hint!!
Make a few jars at once so you can be even more efficient with your time!
If your someone who needs variety with breakfast, continually changing the flavour of protein should keep things interesting
