🐬 KAWANA DOLPHINS - 2027 A GRADE COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🐬
A GRADE HEAD COACH: PATRICE SIOLO
The Kawana Dolphins are delighted to announce the appointment of Patrice Siolo as our A Grade Head Coach for the 2027 season.
Patrice brings eight years of Queensland Cup experience, having represented both the Sunshine Coast Falcons and Redcliffe Dolphins, along with experience at NRL level with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Cronulla Sharks, and comes off a highly successful 2026 season as a Hostplus Cup Grand Final and State Championship winner.
Throughout his playing career, Patrice has had the opportunity to work alongside quality players and experienced coaches at a high level, developing a strong understanding of the preparation, standards, leadership, and commitment required to build a competitive and successful football team. Having already volunteered his time with our senior playing group during the 2026 preseason, Patrice has developed an appreciation for the club's culture, its people, and the exciting group of players coming through.
With existing family connections to the Dolphins, his appointment also represents a welcome connection between the club's past, present, and future.
As Patrice transitions into his first formal Head Coaching role, his philosophy will center around building strong relationships, accountability, hard work, and creating an enjoyable environment where players can develop, improve, and achieve success together.
Patrice is passionate about passing on the knowledge and experience he's gained throughout his playing career while bringing fresh ideas, leadership, and an understanding of the modern game to our senior football program.
We look forward to supporting Patrice as he begins this exciting next chapter of his rugby league journey and leads our A Grade playing group into 2027
