🏁 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO OUR KARTING DADS! 🏁

Today we celebrate all the incredible dads who are the backbone of our karting community. ❤️

The dads who spend countless hours in the shed, load and unload the trailer, fix what’s broken, chase those extra tenths, survive the early mornings and late nights, and somehow always have the kart ready to go again. 🔧🏎️

But most importantly, the dads who stand trackside through the wins, the losses, the crashes and the tough days — offering advice, encouragement, a hug when it’s needed and always believing in their kids.

Behind so many young racers is a dad making sacrifices, giving up his time and doing everything he can to help them chase their dreams. 🏁

To all our karting dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures — thank you for everything you do, both on and off the track.

We hope you have a very Happy Father’s Day! 💙🏎️

We have an important update to the Karting South Australia Awards Night — the event has been moved from Friday 11th December to Friday 18th December 2026.

It’s set to be a fantastic night celebrating another big year of karting! 🏆

The Awards Night will recognise our Senior, Junior & Cadet drivers, along with the champions from the 2026 Festival State Cup Series, Sprocket Rocket Cup and Club Championships.

We’re really hoping everyone can make the new date and join us for a great night with friends, family and the wider South Australian karting community as we celebrate the achievements, racing and memories from the year. 🏎️💨

🟧🏁 Who Will Claim the Orange Plate? 🏁🟧

The countdown is on for one of the biggest 4SS events of the year—the 2026 4SS State Trophy!

Who has the speed, the strategy, and the nerves to stand on top of the podium and take home the coveted Orange Plate? With bragging rights on the line, expect fierce racing, close finishes, and plenty of action from the first green flag to the final checkered flag 🏁

🔥 Every 4SS race entry will also go into the draw to WIN a brand-new 4SS Torini Engine, generously donated by T4 Kartworks T4 Kartworks. Looking for parts, engines, advice, or anything karting? Be sure to hit up T4 Kartworks—they’ve got you covered.

This event is also a Club Championship Round, with all classes offered, making it a fantastic day of racing for competitors and spectators alike.

⏰ Entries open soon! 4SS classes make sure you get your entry in as early as possible, as qualifying order will be determined by the order of entry in KOMP. Don’t leave it until the last minute—secure your spot and give yourself the best chance when qualifying begins.

Gather your crew, prep your kart, and get ready for an unforgettable day of racing. The question is… who will be lifting the Orange Plate when the dust settles?
