2 on 1 PT sessions are now available in Bonbeach with an experienced trainer.
All sessions will be tailored to your ability and needs and held in a private space.

Monday 9am
Wednesday 6, 6.45 & 9am
Thursday 6, 6.45 & 9am
Friday 3.15pm
Cost: $30 each for a 40 minute session.
If you’re interested but need a workout buddy I may be able to pair you up.
