Happy Easter to those celebrating today!

Welcome to the best year of your life
As we are back after the New Year, I want you to see what’s possible.
Below you’ll find a letter from you to yourself at the end of 2023.
“It’s December 31, 2023.
What an amazing year it’s been – especially after the craziness of 2022!
I’m so happy and grateful that my health is the best it’s ever been.
Getting wildly fit this year and building a body I’m so proud of is something I’ve wanted to do for years, and I can’t believe I finally made it happen!
I’ve put forth effort to take care of myself like never before and I can’t believe how it’s paid off...
My family is happier and healthier as a result.
I’m so energized that I get more done in a day now than I used to in a week!
And because of all the compliments, I’m more confident than I’ve ever been.
It’s truly amazing!
I just wish I hadn’t waited this long to get serious about this change I wanted to make for years.”
So, how would YOU feel, my friend, if this is the letter you wrote to yourself just 12 short months from now?
If everything in your life was dramatically better because you chose to take action and prioritize yourself? Because you went after goals about your health and fitness you’ve had for years?
I wanted to share this today because the above can absolutely be your 2023 story.
Or, it can be the opposite.
You see, our futures are created in the choices we make every moment of every day. You can, at any moment, change the trajectory of your future.
So, let me ask you...
What letter do you want to write to yourself on December 31, 2023? Start by making the choices that create that future today.
And that’s how you make 2023 your best year yet!
Would love for you to share with me how this sits with you!

A few thoughts as we welcome 2023!
What an incredible year 2022 was!
Coming out of the pandemic. Growing technology & possibility. I’m truly grateful and celebrating all that I look back on – even honouring the things that were hard or challenging.
I always like to spend time at the end of the year reflecting.
Did I achieve my goals?
What worked well?
What didn’t work for me?
What do I want to accomplish in the next year?
I’d absolutely encourage you to do the same!
You see, it’s not about New Year’s Resolutions for me. It never has been.
Here’s why...
We all know that resolutions are practically made for abandonment. It’s less than 10% of people who set a resolution who actually keep it.
I believe that if you want to make a change and create a different reality for yourself in any area of your life, change must start NOW.
And I’d love for you to reflect on this...
Imagine your life 1 year from now. What if everything in your life is EXACTLY the same as it is right now – your work, relationships, how you spend your time, your finances, etc.
If nothing changed from how it is today, how would that make you feel?
For most people, even though they’re happy on the surface level, not growing over the years leads to unhappiness or even feelings of failure. You see, one of our needs as humans is GROWTH. And you’ve probably heard the phrase “If you’re not growing you’re dying.”
So, how would you feel if nothing changed?
And if you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or even depressed by the thought of being in exactly in the same place you are today 1 year from now, what can you change today to make the future different?
The future always starts with today, with now. Don’t put off change and growth!
And obviously, there’s no better time to create change than as we move into a New Year. :)
I want you to know that I’m here to support you however I can in 2023 and beyond.
So, Happy New Year to you! Let’s make 2023 everything we desire...because everything we desire is truly available.

Want to look more like your Tinder photos?
Anytime someone comes to work with me for there are two things I am listening for.
The motivator and the trigger.
The motivator is their deep WHY. It’s the thing that is driving them to make changes to their health.
Often, it’s just someone wanting to be more confident and happy in their skin.
There’s no right or wrong why, but the why needs to be powerful enough to keep you going in the moments you don’t want to eat well or get up and exercises.
The trigger is different. The trigger often leads to the motivator.
Triggers tend to be specific events that spur action...
A scary report from your doctor.
Observing the early death of a family member.
Having the realization in a dressing room that you’re no longer the size you thought you were and the shame of having to ask for a bigger size from the rack.
Whatever the trigger event is, it leads to motivation.
Temporarily, motivation will lead to action.
So, if we have a trigger event that leads to motivation, why not just assume all is well and you’ll be motivated enough to achieve your goals?
Because the truth is that motivation, no matter how serious the trigger event, never lasts.
What I want you to take from this is that ACTION is the only way forward. Action yields results and increased motivation is a byproduct.
Not feeling motivated to exercise? Do it anyway. The motivation will follow as you get results.
If you need ongoing motivation, action, and accountability to stick with your health and fitness goals, we’ve got you. Simply DM me and let me know you’re ready for a no pressure chat about what you can do to start getting healthier and leaner right now.
