As promised, to celebrate Global Running Day and 10 weeks to the 6th Biggest Fun In the world, I have done up a:
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced 10 Week Running Program for the 🏃♀️🏃♀️
For those of you who don’t know, it’s an Amazing 14km Run in Mid August in Sydney (to the World Famous Bondi Beach Finish) for ALL Levels 🙌
These programs are for ANYONE to not only do this run, but any 5km or 10km fun run ANYWHERE in the world (or even as the bulk of a Half Marathon Training Run)
This is the culmination of 21 years of Running Coaching and COMPLIMENTARY too 😊

Chin Ups - By far, the most undervalued Back Exercise there is!!!!
I’m a MASSIVE believer, that EVERY Strong individual (Man or Woman) should be able or have a FIRM goal at mastering (with excellent form) Chin Ups.
Then as with any other Strength exercise, progress and challenge through ‘Increased Reps and/or Increased Load’.
After all, what’s the point in ‘throwing the Lat Pull down around’, if you can’t lift your own body weight (so important for posture too )🤷♀️💪💪💪💪💪💪

Summer is SO close ☀️☀️😄
Extra Cardio..... we all know that resistance training is the most metabolically efficient training, but we NEED to get that sweat on, if we want to be in a calorie deficit 💪💪
Sprints- You expend the most calories OUTSIDE and most of all with INTENSITY!

Day 3 of our 60 Day Challenge and things are well and truly underway.
Key to week 1 (in any challenge) is getting in GREAT HABITS and most importantly, the correct MINDSET!
