Gracie Barra offers Jiu-jitsu for all levels. Kids start at 3yo. Classes for both Men and Women. Our programs are specifically targeted to men, women and kids.
Gracie Barra Bondi School was founded in 2013 by Professor Pedro Dornelles, a Black Belt with over 23 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Gracie Barra is recognised in the Martial Art community for teaching the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You have no idea how good it feels to look at the Grading Day list and realise how many women are earning new belts — more and more every time.
Many people still think Jiu-Jitsu is a male space, but the ladies at Gracie Barra are here to prove everything BJJ can do for women: confidence, discipline, strength, self-defence, friendship, and belonging.
