It may not look like it, but my lunchtime salad contains 11 different veggies:
Carrot

Bean sprouts

To accomplish the goal of real change, genuine transformation, we must conquer a number of physiological and psychological obstacles. So, in order to offer ourselves the best chances of succeeding, it is extremely beneficial to cultivate a positive environment. This will most likely be your house, and particularly your kitchen. Your success is rooted in the kitchen! Your capability to stick to your decision to change is likely to be determined by how it is set up. Here are some examples of foods you can start keeping in your kitchen:

🥑 Lean meats
🥑 Poultry
🥑 Coldwater fish eg. Salmon, tuna both canned and fresh
🥑 Low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, yogurt and milk)
🥑 Whole eggs and egg whites
🥑 Three types of green veggies eg. Kale, spinach, green peppers, parsley
🥑 At least one cruciferous vegetable eg. Broccoli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower

Many times, I witness people pushing themselves to achieve what others have accomplished only for them to give up in the end since they don't get quick results. They are oblivious to the other person's consistency.

Being one of a kind requires dedication and ongoing concentration, Everyone has their own pace and so, be a progressionist, not a perfectionist.
