EAT YOUR BREAD 🍞 (and have your fat loss too)…
Going ‘on a diet’ does NOT mean flipping your entire diet upside down and replacing everything you enjoy with foods you hate 🤦🏼♂️
You already have a diet - it’s just a case of a few simple tweaks to make it work for your goal of fat loss, not against it 💁🏼♂️
The outcome here is THE SAME MEAL - but one would push you significantly closer to your daily calorie deficit for fat loss 🔥

I was grabbing some bars in Woolies today when some other stuff nearby caught my eye 👀
It got me thinking “If I was in a rush and didn’t know better, I could easily grab any of these” 🤏🏼
Now the argument here is not whether one is more ‘healthy’ than the other…
But instead, how ‘healthy’ foods are perceived as better, which some people correlate to being better for fat loss 🤷🏼♂️
Generally for fat loss we want to be:
☑️ Calorie smart
☑️ Protein smart
☑️ Fibre smart
☑️ Volume smart
Make sure to take a second to glance over the nutrition labels to see what you’re getting 👀
It might not be best suited towards your goal if that’s fat loss 👎🏼

🤩 2023 in 10! 🤝
1. One of many quality times with 😍
2. Took Olly to see the whitest sand in the world 🦮
3. Worked 12 hours a day for 3 months straight on what would become Vco😅
4. Family time in Sydney🥰
5. Had my favourite assistant help my vision become a reality🎥
6. Soft launched Vco and onboarded 70 people in a weekend, including during a 5 hour car trip with a 48kg dog on me😂
7. One of MANY weddings💍
8. Hard launched .app 🥳
9. Closed my books for personal training👋🏼
10. Moved away from Bondi so Olly could have daily beach walks🏝️

You see, 1kg of body fat equates to ~7,700 calories of stored energy.
So let's say you're wanting to lose 5kg of fat...
5 × 7,700 = 38,500 calories of stored energy
