New equipment is on the way, which means the upstairs gym floor will be closed this Thursday, 24th September, from 9am–5pm.

The downstairs areas and recovery will remain open as usual, and all classes will run as normal.

We appreciate your patience and are excited for you to enjoy the upgrades! 💪
