Train the way you want to live! I will never put anyone through an exercise that I would not be doing myself in my own personal training. Work hard and show you care in the effort and preparation you are willing to put in. Smile at failures and earn growth from not being an expert in everything, if you have the ability to learn and improve each day, then each day is exciting.
