What a year!
The plan at the beginning of 2023 was to complete
- Canberra Half ✅
- HOKA half ✅
- Gold Coast full ✅
- C2S ✅
- Sydney half ✅
No way I complete all these without the support from the Agoga crew. With special mention to and for providing a constant source of motivation and support.
There’s a assumption that as a coach, I am the provider of said support and motivation. But let me tell you! We all need it, including coaches!!
To the rest of the running crew that took part in these events, an extended thanks to each and every one of you!
