I’ve taken a lot of different directions in my working life that have lead me to live and work around the world.

On the face of it, it looks like I’ve spent my life trying to figure out who I want to be.

What I’ve learnt is this. My passion is in being in the service of others.

💍helping choose and design that perfect ring for someone’s big day.

🍸 making someone’s night at the bar

🏋️ working alongside clients as they set and smash their health and fitness goals.

That’s the thread that links every job I’ve had.

This year marks my 18th year in the fitness industry.

And at 54 years old, I’m writing the next chapter as we speak.

Landmine or Kettlebell?

Both have their benefits.

Landmine :
✅The angled movement pattern challenges the glutes
✅Teaches the body to absorb and express force while rotating under control
✅the movement is anchored and predictable. Makes it easier on the lower back.

Kettlebell
✅Requires greater balance, foot control and proprioception.
✅In a front rack position, forces the torso to resist collapsing or twisting
✅Forces the athlete to own the movement with less external support.

The both play their role for building strong, agile, athletic bodies.
