What positive habits are striving to implement this year? 🤲
A good habit should be simple, easy and compound to something great in terms of impact.
For example, committing at least 2 or 3 times a week to a Pilates session.

One of the most important things to focus on in pilates is the QUALITY of your movement. Performing pilates with an incorrect technique will give you ZERO results or even lead to injury 😮
The most common mistake beginners make in pilates is doing exercises too quickly or making the movements too big. Small, controlled, and well-placed movements can target the deepest core muscles and help you build your strength efficiently.
