So thrilled to be in the paper representing Brisbane North Physie.

Physie is the most beautiful dancesport for girls and ladies of all ages - strength, flexibility, technique, posture are just some of the physical benefits. But equally as important are the life changing benefits of friendship, resilience, perseverance, mentoring, sportsmanship and respect.

Hi all. Zumba is cancelled tomorrow as I am very sick with food poisoning 😷 sorry and see you all next week.

Today I won the State championships for beginner ladies for Physie. My novice team (pictured in black) also placed second in our section.

It was a truly unforgettable day filled with lots of dancing, watching ladies of all ages perform beautiful physie and hanging out with great physie friends.

Zumba Fitness starts back tomorrow morning 9am at Brendale. $15 children welcome to sit and play while mum works out!

Parents, grandparents, carers..... Bring the kids down to the Ecofair at Skygate (next to DFO) totally free, fun Eco focused activities including a treasure hunt! Last day to enjoy this awesome event!
