🙌A huge thank you to Karley Banks for an incredible weekend with our Tompkins Park Touch community 🙌

Across the weekend, Karley shared her extensive knowledge, experience and coaching expertise with our players and coaches, bringing a wealth of insight from her involvement in touch football at the highest levels.

What stood out most was Karley’s ability to take that experience and make it practical, engaging and relevant for everyone involved. 🤝 Our coaches came away with new and exciting ideas and perspectives. At the same time, our players were challenged, encouraged and given opportunities to develop their skills and understanding of the game, from one of Australia’s Elite touch footy coaches!

We’re incredibly appreciative of the time, energy and passion Karley invested across the entire weekend. Her contribution has given our Juniors to Seniors Pathway Program a fantastic foundation to build on. 🏉

For any club, school or sporting organisation looking to develop their players, coaches or overall program, we couldn’t recommend Karley highly enough. The depth of knowledge and experience she brings, combined with her ability to connect with people, made a genuine impact on our club.

We loved having you as part of the TP community and look forward to having you back again 🦈💙

Our Tompkins Park Touch community is saddened to hear of the recent passing of former Open Men’s player Te Puna Sellars 🕊️

We are fortunate to have had Te Puna as part of the Tompkins Park family and he will be remembered by those who had the privilege of sharing the field and the game with him.

Our thoughts and aroha are with Te Puna’s whānau, friends and the wider touch football community during this difficult time.

Moe mai rā, Te Puna. 💙🦈

🇸🇬🦈SINGAPORE TOUR 2026 DONE AND DUSTED… WHAT A TRIP! 🦈🇸🇬

The inaugural Tompkins Park Touch Singapore Tour 2026 is officially in the books, and what an incredible experience it was for our TP club.
From the moment we checked in, the energy was high. This tour brought together players, families and supporters for an unforgettable few days of touch, connection, laughs and lifelong memories. It was a tour that showcased everything our club is about: community, culture, competition and creating opportunities for our people.

A huge part of what made this trip so special was the chance to connect with and play against some great people and teams across Singapore. A massive thank you to everyone who welcomed us, hosted us and helped make the tour full of amazing moments:

👏 Vicky Patterson - Tanglin Trust School
👏 Katy Martin - Brotown Touch
👏 Jia Long and Ryan Huang - Nanyang Technological University
👏 Bryan Lim - Nanyang Technological University
👏 Derek Ng and Matty Chia - Singapore Mens Opens Touch Singapore - TSG
We are incredibly grateful for the time and hospitality shown by everyone involved.

A very special thank you must also go to Daniel Baeck aka Chocky Dan, our guy who bleeds TP blue through and through, on the ground in Singapore. Dan played a huge role in helping turn our vision into a reality and navigating through the changes. Your support, patience, detailed advice and many hours of behind-the-scenes work did not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful for everything you did to help bring this tour to life. Absolute legend. 🙌

This trip was about much more than just games, it felt like a massive family holiday. It was about building stronger connections across our club, sharing new experiences together, representing Tompkins Park internationally, and absorbing the beautiful culture of Singapore.

Some of the big highlights:
🔥 Our first ever international Tompkins Park Touch tour
🔥 Taking on quality teams and building great connections in Singapore
🔥 Amazing memories shared by players, kids, families and supporters
🔥 Singing Adele songs during Karaoke on the bus
🔥 Seeing glimpses of our social media talent via shark reviews
🔥 Reliving our childhood dreams at Universal Studios, feasting on hawker food heaven at Satay Street and then being blown away by the Disney Fireworks at Marina Bay Sands
🔥 Seeing our referees in action during the first two round of TSG Premiers Season

And the excitement does not stop there. Over the weekend, the TP Touch Committee came together to celebrate the season, and there was unanimous support around the table to back a return to Singapore in 2027. That is a huge endorsement of what this inaugural tour meant to our club and where we believe it can go next. Plans are already in discussion, so keep an eye out for our socials around September.

A massive thank you again to our players, families, supporters, organisers and sponsors MWK Civil & Mining who helped make this first tour such a success. This was a milestone moment for our club, and it feels like only the beginning. Singapore, thank you for having us. We’ll be back for TP Singapore Tour 2027… bigger, better and even more exciting. 🇸🇬🦈

Roll Call …… #5 signing off
