BORONIA BOWLS Opening of the Greens on Saturday was a very happy and special day. We were honoured to have our local counsellors and some of our sponsors with us. Thankyou for your presence and involvement.

What a sensational day for bowls enjoyed by 30 people. Carols soup was superb.

Congratulations to Shane and our visitor Les on their 2 game win.
Today we introduced power play to each game. The skip elected a specific end to do power play resulting in double points if the end was won.
This gave a great advantage to Alan Cobb & Sally Palmer who won 6 shots on their power play end, boosting their score by an added 6 points. They were our second game winners, up by a sensational 26 shots!
