Thanks to our wonderful Pilates participants we managed to raise $834 for in Sept! We received such amazing feedback from people over the past few months, saying that our free online Pilates series during lockdown help ease the mental load for some of you. This made us incredibly happy, to be able to help people with not only their physical health but mental health as well over what was a few hard months. We look forward to welcoming you all back to our studios soon!

At Movement 101, not only do we care about the physical health of all our clients but we know our clients mental health is just as important during their recovery. R U OK? inspires and empowers everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life.
