Christine Corcoran Ready to take your life and business to the next Level?

19/10/2026

It’s Saturday morning, you’re at your kid’s swimming lesson, and you’re replying to a client voice note about something that could easily have waited until Monday. You tell yourself it’s fine, it only takes two minutes. But it’s never just the two minutes, is it?

You may not even realise how much of your exhaustion comes from how available you’ve made yourself.

You gave your clients your mobile number “just in case.” You added a bonus session because she seemed a bit stuck. You sent the extra resource, the extra Loom, the extra check-in, because you really want her to get results and you’d hate for anyone to feel like they didn’t get enough from you. And somewhere along the way, being that available became what your clients expect, and you’re the one paying for it with your weekends, your energy and your headspace.

After coaching hundreds of women in business, I can tell you your clients don’t need more of you. They need you rested enough to actually show up well for the time they’ve paid for.

So this week, I want you to pick one boundary and hold it. Maybe that’s turning off notifications after 5pm, setting a 48-hour reply window, or delivering exactly what’s in the container and nothing extra. Just one, and notice how quickly the energy starts coming back.

What’s the one boundary you know you need to put in place? Tell me below 👇

Your clients will be just fine ❤️

16/10/2026

Every time you say “that’s fine” when it isn’t, you’re telling the universe something about your standards.

The partner who cancels dinner last minute, again. The client who wants “just one more quick call.” The friend who only rings when she needs something. The table by the kitchen door at the restaurant you’d been looking forward to all week, and you didn’t say a word.

On their own, they all feel small. You let them slide because you don’t want to make a fuss. But when you keep accepting less in all these little ways, you start vibrating at that level. The universe takes it as your order and kinda goes, “oh, she’s ok with this? Let’s send her more.”

You may not even realise how often you’ve been saying yes to less.

So how do you make yourself more available for what you actually want? You start living at that level now, before it shows up.

Ask for what you want out loud, even if your voice wobbles a little. Let your client know that extra call is billable. Tell your partner what you actually need from them. Send the meal back when it’s wrong. And notice the moment you go to say “that’s fine,” and pause long enough to ask yourself if it really is.

Every time you do that, you’re telling the universe your standards have changed, and it starts sending you things that match.

Ask for the window seat ❤️

14/10/2026

You posted 6 times last week.

2 Reels, a carousel, 3 stories with a poll.

You got 11 likes, a ❤️ from your cousin and one DM asking if you do free calls.

So this week’s plan is… post more?

You may not even realise your followers can’t explain what you sell.

Try this: ask two people who follow you to describe your offer in one sentence. If you get two different answers, or a long pause, more posts will just spread the confusion further.

After coaching hundreds of women in business, this is what I’ve noticed: the ones with full programs can describe their offer in one breath.

Before you post again, get clear on:

💃 Who it’s for, down to the stage of business she’s in
💃 The one result she walks away with, in her words
💃 What it’s called, using the same name every time
💃 The problem you’re solving
💃 The exact language she uses to describe the problem and the questions she keeps asking herself

Drop your offer in one sentence below and I’ll tell you if it’s clear 👇

“If this doesn’t work, I’ll lose everything.”

Everything being:
The client who pays late every month.
The price you’ve charged since 2022.
The Sunday night dread.
The 7am voice notes from people who want “just five minutes.”
Being the best-kept secret in your industry.

Read that list again.

You may not even realise you’ve been protecting a life you complain about every Friday.

This week:

💃 Write your own “everything” list. Line by line, the real version
💃 Mark each line: keep, or done with
💃 Look at what’s left in the keep column. That’s what you’re actually risking, and it’s usually shorter than you expected
💃 Pick one “done with” line and let it go before 31 October

Your shoulders drop.
You wake up without dread.
The risk stops feeling like a cliff and starts feeling like a door.

What’s one thing on your list you’re done with? Tell me below 👇

You’re allowed to want more than this ❤️

12/10/2026

You answered that “quick question” DM at 9:47pm.
Again.

You offered the payment plan before she asked.

You said yes to the client who haggled on the discovery call.

You stretched a 6-week container to 10 because she “just needed a bit more.”

Then you wonder why your dream clients aren’t the ones booking.

Every one of those yeses tells people exactly who you’re for.

This week, decide what you’re done being available for:

💃 Discounting before anyone’s asked
💃 Negotiating your price on the first call
💃 Replying to messages after 5pm
💃 “Can I just pick your brain?” coffees
💃 Extra sessions outside the container she paid for

You have to get ruthless in order for you to attract the life that you want to attract because if you keep accepting less than you deserve you keep telling the universe that’s all you’re available for.
