❤️ Coach Spotlight: Paige

Whether she’s creating beautiful choreography, encouraging students through a new challenge or spending time under the stars in rural Australia, Paige brings so much passion and positivity to everything she does.

Her classes are full of encouragement, creativity and those little moments that make aerial so rewarding.

If you’ve trained with Paige before, we’d love to hear your favourite thing about her classes in the comments!

Every aerial coach has heard this question at least once... 🫠

Don’t worry... we’ll get you there.

We’re just going to make sure you can still walk out of class afterwards

Every week, Katie’s Stretch + Release class explores a different area of the body and this week’s focus is forward splits.

Whether you’re working towards your first split, looking to improve flexibility for aerial, or simply wanting to release tight hips and hamstrings, you’ll be guided through a class designed to help you move a little more freely.

✨ Thursday | 6:50pm

Suitable for everyone — from absolute beginners to experienced aerialists. See you on the mat ❤️

Sometimes it’s nice to slow down.

To stop chasing the next trick and simply enjoy moving.

That’s exactly what happens in Nick’s L2 Fabric Flow class, where you’ll learn short aerial choreography that brings skills, transitions and musicality together.

✨ Wednesdays | 5:40pm

One class can change the way you move.

Five years ago, Aerial Athletic began with a simple goal...

To create a space where people could challenge themselves, build confidence, have fun and find a community that cheers them on.

Since then, we’ve celebrated first classes, first inversions, first performances, countless laughs and so many unforgettable moments.

To every student who’s walked through our doors over the past five years, whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or have only just joined us, thank you for trusting us to be part of your aerial journey ❤️

And to every coach who’s shared their knowledge, encouragement and passion along the way, thank you for helping make Aerial Athletic the supportive and welcoming community it is today.

Five years wouldn’t have been possible without every single one of you.

Here’s to everything we’ve shared, and everything still to come.

We train hard. We laugh harder ❤️

There are plenty of ways to spend two hours on a Saturday.

This workshop is an investment in every aerial session that comes after it ✨

Join Katie for Elevate: Mobility & Recovery for Aerials, where you’ll explore mobility, myofascial release, stretching and yin yoga while learning practical tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, understand your body’s limitations, recover better or simply move with more ease, you’ll leave with knowledge that supports your training well beyond the studio.

📅 Saturday 12 September
🕑 2:00pm – 4:00pm

❤️ Suitable for everybody—from “I can’t cross my legs” to “I’m working on my oversplits.”

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your reminder to save your spot via the link in our bio.
