Huge congratulations to the Bowen Cyclone U13's Netball girls! 🎉🏐

After competing in the Mackay carnival, the team has come away sitting right on top of the ladder for their division — an incredible achievement!

Over the past 6 weeks, these girls have been giving 100% in the gym, and it’s clearly paying off. Their improvements in fitness, skills, and endurance have been outstanding, and their hard work and dedication are shining through on the court.

A massive shoutout to each and every one of you — your hard work and commitment is inspiring, and this result is well deserved.

Just a quick crèche update for our parents!

Our 9:00am sessions have been very popular, and to help keep everything running smoothly and safely, spots are limited. If a session is full, waitlists are available, so please jump on if needed. And if your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking as early as possible so those on the waitlist can be updated 🙏

If you’re looking for a bit more flexibility, our 10:00am crèche session is also available. You’re more than welcome to jump into the gym during this time too, with programs ready to go.

We love seeing the crèche space so well used and really appreciate everyone working together to keep it safe, smooth, and enjoyable for all.

To support everyone further, we’re trialling a Hybrid Strength & Cardio session on Tuesday and Friday this week at 10:00am. This is a great opportunity to mix things up, try something different, and stay focused on your goals.

We’ll take on feedback and adjust days moving forward to suit everyone as best we can.

Looking for something fun to keep the kids active as the school holidays wrap up?

This Friday, 17th April, we’re running a FREE Junior Fitness Program for kids aged 5–13 🎉

We’ll be running through a variety of fun fitness activities to keep the kids moving, engaged, and having Fun.

🕘 Time: 9:00am – 10:00am
📍 Location: Life Energy Fitness, 67–69 West Street
🍎 Morning tea: Fruit snacks provided
