Bowen Athletics Club Bowen Athletics Club caters for all ages 4 and over.

Club days run on Saturday afternoons starting at 1:45pm. The season runs from February to September.

Congratulations Keeleigh on your hard work and dedication to your sport. You finished in 9th spot in both discus and hammer at nationals. What a great achievement and experience. Thank you Athletics North Queensland for giving Keeleigh and all other athletes a go in making a NQ team. Thank you to her coaches and support crew. The club and NQ are proud of you Keeleigh.

Day 1 of Australian All schools Championship. Saw Keeleigh throw 25.75m in discus. Close to her pb. She had a great experience. Looking forward to watching her in day 2 Hammer.

We would like to wish Keeleigh all the best competing at Australian All Schools Championships this weekend in Brisbane. She will be competing Friday in Discus and Saturday in Hammer. Good luck and all the best in the Athletics North QLD team.

It was a great afternoon of AGM, presentation and lots of fun on the slip n slide. All the kids had fun playing while adults did boring stuff eg Agm. They enjoyed throwing water balloons at each other playing on slip n slide and having a hit at tennis. Lots of dancing to be had by all the kids. Lovely meal shared by all to end a great afternoon.
