Living with Endo has changed the way I teach.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to have your body change the plan for you.
I know the frustration of wanting to move but feeling limited by pain.
The exhaustion that can come with a flare-up.
The days when your body feels completely different from the day before.
So when you walk into my studio and tell me you’re having a flare-up, you don’t need to apologise or push through.
We can change the plan.
Maybe today we move gently.
Maybe we focus on breath, mobility and connection.
Maybe we modify everything.
Maybe movement isn’t what your body needs today.
There is no gold star for pushing through pain.
As an instructor, my job isn’t to make you do more.
It’s to help you understand your body, meet it where it is, and find movement that supports you — not fights against you.
Because I’m not just teaching from a textbook.
I’ve experienced chronic pain too.
And that has taught me a whole different kind of empathy. 🤍
MOVE. REFLECT. IMPROVE.
