This is how I timeline jump in a nutshell:
🤍Act first (in alignment), regulate later.
Repeat until it feels normal.
1. Get clear on what my #1 goal is right now
2. Go into meditation in the Quantum Field and ask to meet my Higher self who has my goal. Get as much info about her, the way she looks, acts, thinks, speaks, believes and every detail about her life and what she does daily. How she works, what she eats for breakfast.
3. Come out and write it all down.
4. Ask myself what is the next scary aligned action step I need to take.
5. Regulate my nervous system with breathwork and somatic exercises.
6. Take the step.
7. Regulate again telling your body it's safe. Release emotions
8. Journal what's coming up for you.
9. Repeat the action step until you don't feel it's scary. It's just a normal habit.
10. Prepare for miracles.
It's a game changer.
