Whole Body Conditioning Helping Women build strong bodies to face all that life throws at them! Personal Training for Women

30/09/2026

It’s been a journey to keep lifting, pushing, and challenging my strength.

And working on my technique!

Today I hit a new PB — 85 × 4, edging closer to that 100 kg milestone.

Huge thanks to my colleagues for the coaching and encouragement, and to the gym members who cheered me on.

Feeling grateful and fired up for what’s next.

Thanks Team!!!

You’re the best ..

🌟 VICTORIAN SENIORS FESTIVAL — OCTOBER 1–31 🌟

This October, the Victorian Seniors Festival is celebrating older Victorians with the theme:

CONNECT • CREATE • CELEBRATE 🎉

With more than 200 events happening across the City of Whitehorse, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, try something new, meet people and stay active.

I’m thrilled to be involved this year, running two events at Nunawading Community Hub:

💪 STAY STRONG, STAY STEADY — Slips & Falls Prevention Seminar
An informative and practical session designed to help older adults build strength, confidence and balance to reduce the risk of slips and falls.

🪑 SEATED EXERCISE CLASS
A functional training session focusing on the major muscle groups and movements that help older adults stay strong, mobile and independent.

📍 Nunawading Community Hub
Studio 6
Springvale Road, Nunawading

And while we’re talking about staying strong… a huge shout-out to this amazing bunch! ❤️

They train twice a week and are all in their 70s!

They bring the energy, the fun, the hard work — and plenty of good banter! 😂💪

You are such an inspiration and a wonderful reminder that age is no barrier to getting stronger, moving well and having fun along the way.

I’m so proud to train you all! ❤️

Winter has certainly made its presence felt! ❄️

I’ve just recovered from a nasty bout of the flu. I had a chesty cough and head cold, my training took a real hit.

Instead of pushing through, I listened to my body. I rested, stretched, prioritised sleep, and slowly fought it off.

My key takeaways:
💙 Listen to your body.
💙 Prioritise rest and quality sleep.
💙 See your GP if you’re unwell or your symptoms persist.

When you’re ready to get back into training:
✔️ Start slowly.
✔️ Keep an eye on your heart rate.
✔️ Stay well hydrated.
✔️ Take longer rests between sets and exercises.
✔️ Most importantly… be kind to yourself.

Remember, fitness isn’t about never taking a break—it’s about knowing when your body needs one.
Recovery is part of the process and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is rest.

Stay warm, stay healthy, and take care of yourselves this winter. 💪❄️

Why did you decide to do personal training?
After undertaking physio in the recovery from a broken foot, I was keen to re-establish some fitness pots COVID as well as manage mid life better through weight bearing exercise. I knew that I would be pretty hopeless at building and maintaining a routine by myself, so PT was the right answer for me. My physio and lots of other people told me that Sam is one of the best PTs out there - and they were definitely right!
