Quality coaching is a key part of quality training.

Coaching provides structure, guidance and accountability while helping you move safely and effectively. Our coaches are here to explain the purpose behind the workout, demonstrate correct technique, provide feedback and help you understand how to scale movements when needed.

Having a coach means your training can be adjusted to suit your current ability, goals and experience. Whether you're learning a new movement, building strength or working on your fitness, the right coaching helps you get more out of every session.

You don't have to figure it all out yourself. Turn up, follow the plan and let our coaches guide you through it.

We’re so excited to announce that we’re hosting Dr Louis Burt for a Women’s Self Defence Course right here in Branxton!

This event is open to all women. You don’t need to be a gym member to attend!

🔹What’s your favourite and least favourite movement?
I love heavy squat days!
Thrusters and I definitely aren’t friends.

🔹What do you love most about coaching?
Watching people realise their potential and pushing the limits.

🔹What’s your favourite style of workout, and what time do you love training most?
Anything with a little bit of rest included- time to regroup and hit the next set.
6am classes are the best, no better way to start the day.

🔹What’s your biggest achievement or the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt since starting CrossFit?
We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for! Setting small goals and working towards them gives you direction and keeps you motivated.

🔹What do you enjoy doing outside of the gym?
Watching my girls play sport, working as a firefighter and I love a good coffee date with friends (or a cocktail!)

As much as we are a very beginner-friendly gym, we still love a bit of friendly competition every now and then. It’s what helps people push a little harder and chase new goals.

Our benchmark wall has seen some extra names up there recently, which is awesome to see.

CrossFit is a great way for kids to build confidence, coordination, fitness, and healthy habits from a young age. The focus is on learning how to move well, stay active, and enjoy exercise in a supportive environment.

They will develop skills that help in everyday life and other sports. It’s about building strong, capable kids while keeping training fun, varied, and engaging.

It gives them a positive relationship with exercise early on and teaches them the value of consistency, effort, and looking after their health.

Eating all the “right” foods but still not seeing or feeling a change?
Healthy food still needs the right portion sizes.

Progress also comes from how much you eat, not just what you eat. Even nutritious foods can slow progress when portions aren’t aligned with your goals.

Here’s an example of a balanced dinner plate with good portions of protein, vegetables, and carbs to help fuel your body properly and support your goals.

Sometimes it’s not about changing your whole diet but simply about finding the right balance on your plate.

Get to know Coach Cindy👋🏽

🔹What’s your favourite and least favourite movement?
My favourite is lunges and my least favourite is the bike!

🔹What do you love most about coaching?
My favourite part of coaching is watching members grow to love CrossFit the same way I did. Seeing it positively change their lives, watching them work hard and seeing the progress and confidence they build within themselves is the most rewarding part.

🔹What’s your favourite style of workout, and what time do you love training most?
I love an EMOM where I can move through different movements each minute. My favourite time to train would be 9:30am, I wish I was an early riser but it just doesn’t happen😂

🔹What’s your biggest achievement or the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt since starting CrossFit?
My biggest achievement would be the progress I've made from when I first started to where I am now. I started at the very bottom, I couldn't do any of the movements, I had never done anything like this before and now l've built my way up to now being in the top 20% worldwide.
Lesson is that you have to start somewhere!

🔹What do you enjoy doing outside of the gym?
I love travelling and seeing new places.
Between friends and family, I’m always super busy with catch ups, events and something going on. I definitely love keeping life full and busy.
