Benjamin Hussain gets the job done in Sydney, stopping Jack Brubaker in the third round to win the IBO International title.

Ben started fast and broke Jack down from the opening bell. He went into the fight with a broken rib and couldn’t spar for the last 4 weeks of training camp, but there was never any talk of pulling out. He wanted the fight and got the job done.

Congratulations to Jack on a great career. We’re Aussie boxing fans here at All Star and have a lot of respect for what Jack has given the sport over the years. A huge thank you to Alpha Promotions for a great event and to all of Ben’s sponsors for their continued support.

Quick turnaround for Vegas Larfield as he gets straight back into action on October 10 in Perth, taking on experienced Kiwi Nort Beauchamp.

After spending the best part of a year on the sidelines following elbow surgery, it’s been great to see Vegas back doing what he does. He got the rounds in on the Nikita Tszyu undercard last week, and now he’s straight back into camp and ready to keep building some momentum.

There’s nothing better for a fighter than staying active, and we’re looking forward to seeing Vegas continue to get back into his groove and keep moving forward.
