Camp is well underway, the work is getting heavier, and every session is another step towards the professional debut.

Had my manager Glen Jennings up yesterday to watch some sparring and get a look at the work being put in behind the scenes.

Congratulations Darcy & Shane!

A huge congratulations to Darcy O’Malley (60kg) and Shane Swan (70kg) on their selection in the 2026 Queensland Elite Team.

Both boys will represent Queensland at the Boxing Australia National Championships, being held at the AIS in Canberra from 25–28 November 2026.

A fantastic achievement and a reward for all the hard work they’ve put in. We’re extremely proud to have two All Star Boxing fighters selected to represent Queensland.

Congratulations Darcy and Shane well deserved.

See you all tomorrow 🥊

04/10/2026

🥊 Tuesday & Thursday 7:00–7:45PM

Really proud of the progression these guys are making.

A lot of these fellas walked through the doors having never thrown a punch before. Now they’re starting to find their shape, build their confidence and, most importantly, look like they’re starting to half know what they’re doing.

These sessions are all about sparring, partner work and developing skills. We match you with someone around your level, test you when you’re ready and help you improve.

We also have:

Monday & Wednesday 7:00–7:45PM – Pads, bags, fitness, strength & skills
Monday–Friday 4:30–5:30PM

Everyone is welcome.

There’s only one trick to getting better at boxing:

SHOW UP.
SHUT UP.
DO YOUR BEST. 🥊
