My journey started in 2024, at a time when I felt a little lost in who I was and was struggling with my mental health.

I came across Iron Jungle’s opening day on Instagram and thought, what’s the harm in checking it out? I went along, fell in love with the space, and unknowingly made a decision that would completely change my life.

I started at 52kg with absolutely no idea how to use most of the equipment. I began attending three Strength & Sculpture classes each week, learning proper form, technique and how to train confidently. Before long, I was completely hooked on the lifestyle and wanted to learn everything I could.

Eight months later, I joined the powerlifting team. It taught me so much about strength and discipline, but eventually I realised it wasn’t where my passion belonged.

Then I discovered bodybuilding.

I fell in love with everything behind it, the discipline, training, nutrition and constant pursuit of becoming better. I began working with Coach Callum at IJ as my mentor and training coach, and I haven’t looked back.

Today, I’m around 20kg heavier than when I started, but what I’ve gained goes far beyond weight. I’m stronger, more confident, more disciplined and happier and healthier than I have ever been.

The biggest lesson from my journey is that the gym isn’t just a place to lose weight. Sometimes it’s where you gain strength, confidence, purpose and a completely new version of yourself.

I walked into a gym looking for something to do. And now it’s my complete lifestyle. ✨

We pinch ourselves everyday to think people have actually chosen Iron Jungle to be their gym.

The place they can escape it all and focus purely on themselves.

The place they feel supported.

The place for transformation inside and out. 🤍
