Hi Beautiful People,

I’m Mariana Chappell Personal Trainer located in Maroubra and owner and founder of Mariana Fitness. I provide; one on one training, small group training, online training programs and healthy eating plans. I have been training, playing sport and coaching for a total of 25 years. I love fitness with a passion, I love training myself and others. To help someone reach their goal and feel great about themself is one of the most rewarding things in life. Some of the sports I have participated in include; Athletics, Netball, Boxing, Dancing, Basketball, Softball, Touch Football, Tag, Rugby, Rugby League and Gymnastics amongst others. I have been lucky enough to represent my state, New South Wales in; Netball, Athletics, Basketball and Softball and have played in State Championships for Touch and Tag too. I found myself drawn particularly to Netball, where my teams won 4 State Championships and were Runners up twice. It was an absolute blessing as I made some amazing lifelong friends. I love a challenge and am always looking for new heights to conquer. Other fun physical experiences I have had include: Tough Mudder, Bungee Jumping, Sky Diving, White Water Rafting, Snorkelling, Kayaking, Hiking, Rock Climbing and basically anything that gets the adrenalin pumping.
