These sequences are dynamic, burning multiple muscle groups whilst being interactive and effective.

Series 1: Targeting pelvic floor, re**us abdominals, obliques and shoulder stability.

Series 2: Targeting obliques, spinal rotation and shoulders.

Series 3: Targeting calves, quadriceps, abdominals and lower body power.
