* Lengthening the spine and hip external rotators.
* To relieve pain in lower back, spine and hips.
* Improving spinal flexibility
* Strengthening the abdomen.

Yoga is way more than just alignment. The most important thing in yoga is to listen to your body. Feel the shape rather than see the shape.
Let your body to experience a relaxing and comfortable moment with supported fish pose (Matsyasana) using yoga blocks and bolsters.
In this beautiful relaxing pose, it helps to release tensions around the neck and shoulders, stretch the abdominal and chest.
Open your chest and let your heart shine β¨

Virabhadrasana III (Warrior 3) is a powerful standing posture in yoga.
β
It is an excellent pose to promote balance in both sides of the body, strengthens the legs and abdominal muscles, stretches the back of the thigh, glute and helps improve focus and concentration.

There are different ways to modify this pose :
β’ Using the wall
β’ Using yoga blocks
β’ Different arms position to increase the intensity of this pose such as hands in prayer position, arms reaching forward or backward.
π Iβm excited to announce studio is reopened from the 14 July. Itβs been such a lovely time to have a break after giving birth. I canβt wait to go back to my normal routine π§π»ββοΈ
π Yoga isn't about getting the perfect pose or doing the perfect pose. Yoga is about creating space in the body and calmness in the mind so that you can renter the same pose or situation in life and it becomes a completely different experience. Not because the thing has changed but because you have changed.
