Healthy looks different on everyone. Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes.
A look does not define health. Biomarkers do, the body from the inside does.
Itās not ok to body shame overweight women, muscular women, short women, tall women and itās most certainly not ok to body shame skinny women.
Just stop discussing a womenās body look in general. Period.

Talk & teach what a healthy body needs from nutrition to exercise. Teach women to look whatās inside their body, if itās healthy on the inside it will be healthy on the outside.
