āŒStop discussing what women should look like…

Healthy looks different on everyone. Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes.

A look does not define health. Biomarkers do, the body from the inside does.

It’s not ok to body shame overweight women, muscular women, short women, tall women and it’s most certainly not ok to body shame skinny women.

Just stop discussing a women’s body look in general. Period.

āœ…Talk & teach what a healthy body needs from nutrition to exercise. Teach women to look what’s inside their body, if it’s healthy on the inside it will be healthy on the outside.

It also attracts negative people.

Try and change one negative thought per day to start building a new mindset & habit.

Before you know you’ll start changing all your negative thoughts. You’ll attract positivity into your life along with beautiful people.

If you’re a Mom this is even more important, your kids will follow your lead. So make sure you are leading them in the right direction.
