Super simple healthy smoothie I love to make when I feel like cold chocolate milk
Stretching — we could all use more of this in our life. I wanted to be able to do the splits by the end of 2020 but... that's not going to happen. 🤷🏼♀️ However I did get more flexible, learn more about stretching and more about the mechanics of my body and where I hold tension.
So just grab yourself a yoga mat and a band and have a play around to feel into your body and see what it needs.

Try this as a finisher after your leg workout or as a warm-up to activate your glutes.
As warm up:
2 Rounds
20 reps
As finisher:
3 Rounds
16 - 20 reps
The importance of training your glutes - they are a big muscle group and help to stabilise our body. For example your balance when standing on one foot. We sit on these muscles a lot and they become "switched off".
Our body is an energy efficient machine and says "these aren't getting used, no need to have the active and ready to go".
This could be why you are getting back pain.

Try this circuit
3 Sets 3 Exercises
12-15 reps
1. Pull up then jump and slow lower OR banded pull ups
2. Lat Pull Downs
3. DB Reverse Flye
Prior to this I did barbell rows
4 Sets of 8-12 reps
