A big warm welcome to the SoHo team Nicola Bone! 💖

As a former athlete, Nicola discovered yoga as a healing movement practice to aid in recovery and restoration of the body. With time and dedication, the ancient teachings became more than physical and started Nicola on a spiritual journey of self-inquiry and self-compassion.

Having completed her first teacher training in 2016, Nicola teaches with a strong focus on alignment, strength and body awareness, and enjoys holding space for people to cultivate peace and calm in their life. She is also the owner and founder of Sound Off for Schools, delivering engaging and practical mindfulness education to Brisbane schools.

Nicola loves to teach power, vinyasa, meditation and yin yoga, and will be leading you through Saturday mornings 9am Vinyasa starting this week! Be sure to secure your spot at sohoyoga.com.au/grange-timetable or via the SoHo Yoga Bne App. 🙏

We are making the difficult decision to cancel our class this afternoon due to the unpredictable nature of the current weather system hovering over SE Queensland. Unfortuneately, the slightest shower is enough to damage the electrial equipment that we use.

It is also with heavy hearts that we are deciding not to renew our BCC permit for this location as we have not had enough interest to make it viable (or to cover the cost of the monthly permit😢😢😢).

We will continue to activate our other favourite and spectacular locations throughout the year and we are always open to new ideas!

What to do from here if you have a ticket/pass...send a DM with your preference below:

1. Hold onto your ticket as a credit for a furture event

2. Request a full refund
