YOU should do these 2 Mobility exercises πŸ’š

A1. Spinal flexion hangs and good mornings are an elite pairing because they perfectly balance axial decompression with posterior chain strengthening whilst Hanging gently pulls the vertebrae apart to relieve disc pressure.

A2. While good mornings lock in the hip-hinge strength and core stability needed to protect your back.

3 sets of 8-10 reps

The 10-Minute Rule: When the voice in your head says β€œquit,” bargain with it. Tell yourself you will go for just 10 more minutes or 10 more reps. It gets you past the mental wall every time.

Music & Movement: Switch up your environment or put on a track with a high BPM. Physical movement and sound can instantly snap you out of a mental rut.
