Seriously though, pilates is a great tool for teenagers not only in managing the demands of physical exercise and training loads but also to help them:
⭐️understand their own body and how it works
⭐️ gain confidence in their body and appreciate its uniqueness
⭐️ overall physical and mental well-being
⭐️create movement and fitness habits for life
Pilates has many more far reaching effects than just exercise alone
