Come and join us for the number 1 Triathlon Beginner Course in Australia! This Program is run by dedicated coaches with decades of experience!
Our first 6 week course of this season starts Saturday 22 February and provides 3 sessions a week to have you ready to rock and roll graduating with a Triathlon on Sunday 6 April 2025!!

Triathlon is one of the most popular sports in Australia, with distances and challenges for everyone. We know that it can be a daunting prospect not only turning up to a training session but to commit to completing a triathlon so we will make you the following 10 promises:
10 promises for beginner triathlon course:
1. Everyone else is just as scared and nervous as you are.
2. You will not be a faceless number in a group but someone we will get to know and help to achieve your goals (whatever they are).
3. There is no minimum ability level and we guarantee that there will be others in the group of the same ability.
4. It is okay to be nervous about swimming in the open water. We promise that you will be safe from sea creatures at both our open water session and during the triathlon.
5. It is okay to be nervous about riding your bike. We will help you gain the confidence to ride on the roads.
6. You donโt need to have fancy equipment. You will need some swimming flippers, goggles, swim cap, a road bike, helmet and running shoes.
7. You will meet some great new friends.
8. You will never be in a situation where you have to keep up with anyone else. So no need to worry about being left behind.
9. We will help you complete your first triathlon.
10. You donโt have to wear lycra!
