Chasing the sunrise! 🌅

2400km on the rear, not being easy on it either seems to be wearing pretty good. What does everyone else run on the ADV bikes? I'm pretty new to this whole scene.

On the way back from my last ride, I started suffering a major power loss, but I could not rev past 6000rpm it was just bogging down. Made it the last 200 odd klms home at one point, not being able to even over take a car.
It threw a fuel pump failure on the dash during one restart, which managed to clear.

Messaged the previous owner who had done the servicing himself, the last fuel filter change was 32000km ago 🤦‍♂️ new filter was definitely needed went for a test ride last night I think I must have been down maybe 20hp since I brought it lol it's a bloody rocket ship now! 🚀

Riding back today from a bush ride had a massive vibration from the rear, slowly deflating made it back to dorrigo and found the tube in rear had blown to pieces and must have bunched together on one side and was acting as a massive weight.

Some how acted as a tubliss and held enough to limp back in. Hopefully it's smooth sailing tomorrow for the ride home.

Heading south riding down to ADV FEST at dorrigo on the new to me KTM1290.

Doing a little work on the 1993 CR125 swing arm come up good! Not a bad result for a wire brush on a grinder!

The side tank appears to have had a repair from the previous owner. Hopefully, this is the fuel smell coming from the bike after each ride.

Hopefully, I can buy only a single tank. There is a spot where the melted the side of the tank, again previous to me. I think this side is done for.
