Walk or run 1-5km around Southbank. The distance is your choice, there is a large variety of fitness levels. We wait for everyone at the finishing spot

You can start with just 1km & build up from there!
Even though the Gold Coast Fun Run was canceled last weekend, the guys were keen to see what they were capable of since they had been training for the event!
It was amazing to see them push themselves last weekend at Fearlss Run Club & smash out some achievements ππΌ
Hereβs some of their achievements to inspire you:

I completed my first 1/2 marathon

Katie smashed her 2nd ever 1/2 marathon & improved her time by 3mins
β
Craig completed 1/2 marathon with little training to pace myself & Katie
β
Hannah cracked a 10km PB
β
Raj & Meena ran their first 3km
β
Jacki beat her PB for 10km by 5mins
β
Gorge smashed the 10km
β
Matt did a 5km PB
β
Bernie crushed the 5km
β
Kat hit a 10km PB under 1hr
β
Kelly smashed the 3km
Goes to show that with consistency, showing up weekly & doing the trainingβ¦

Ask yourself...
What are you willing to give up (trade) in order to achieve the the body / health & wellness you desire?
There is always a trade-off or decision (death to an option) that must occur in order to make a change
You cannot get different results making the same decisions
Sometimes that means you will need to sacrifice time, energy, social life, or money
Example:
If your wanting to improving your relationship with food you will need to trade your time & money to learn more about the mindset behind why you are turning to food.

Where you start and in 6wks/8wks reflect on your starting point
This will keep you motivated as you can see improvements
It helps you appreciate yourself for all the early mornings, extra push you gave yourself when you didnβt really feel like it

Kudos to my client for keeping consistent in the last 5months πͺπΌ
Itβs been an amazing journey being apart of Jordanβs journey
Helping him over come mental barriers
Educating him on food & exercise to achieve his goals
And at times pushing him to were Jordan did not feel comfortable!
But I tell you what he listens, he tries and gives it all his got ππΌ

Sarah has lost 10kg since going vegan π±
