Hit a PB front squat of 130kg with a broken thumb that I got riding an XR600 up Cape York.
GTs.
Injuries suck.
But if you try anything decent/fun/worthwhile in life they’ll probably come (and go).
Highly recommend you don’t obsess about them if not necessary - do what you can - and work on a goal on a similar tangent.
